| January 24, 2003 Badger Transformer Company, Inc. of Milwaukee, WI, a manufacturer of transformers, coils, and other electromagnetic products for the industrial control, power conditioning, contract manufacturing, military market, and other industries recently acquired Mag-Con Engineering, Inc. of Lino Lakes, MN Mag-Con Engineering is a manufacture of transformers and coils for various industries; zero speed switches and rotary speed sensors for the mining and material processing market place; and battery chargers, motor armatures and lighting transformers for the railroad and other industries. Mag-Con Engineering will operate as a division of Badger Transformer Company, Inc. and will continue to be located in Lino Lakes, MN. Richard K. Noel |
